الاستشارات: أي سجلات أو بيانات مرتبطة بالاستشارات التي تم إجراؤها عبر منصتنا. -
خطوات طلب حذف البيانات:
التواصل معنا: أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى info@tamshiyah.com بعنوان: "طلب حذف البيانات".
قم بتضمين اسمك الكامل ورقم هاتفك المسجل.
حدد ما إذا كنت تريد حذف معلومات الحساب، الاستشارات، أو كلاهما.
التأكيد: سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة طلبك وتأكيد استلامه خلال 3 أيام عمل.
معالجة الطلب: بمجرد التحقق، سنقوم بمتابعة حذف بياناتك.
ملاحظة هامة: بمجرد حذف البيانات، لا يمكن استعادتها. يرجى التأكد من حفظ أي معلومات قد تحتاجها في المستقبل.

Data Eligible for Deletion:
You can request the deletion of the following types of data:
Account Information: Personal details provided during account creation.
Consultations: Any records or data associated with consultations conducted via our platform. -
Steps to Request Data Deletion:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@tamshiyah.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
Include your full name and registered phone number.
Specify whether you want to delete Account Information, Consultations, or both.
Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Processing the Request: Once verified, we will proceed with the deletion of your data.
Important: Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any information you may need in the future.
